Our Strawberry Sorbet is notable for the quality of the strawberries that we buy, whenever possible, directly from the producer in our region. Always fresh, always ripe. A gelato with extraordinary intensity. Like all our ice creams, it is best to TAKE IT OUT OF THE FREEZER at least 5 - 10 minutes before consuming. STORE AT -20C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
