Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Loja da Gulato!

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 3 days of your purchase. If 3 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We only offer refunds for items sold at normal price, sale items cannot be returned.

  • If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, send us an email to email@gulato.pt and send the item to: Aldeia do Possanco Lote 135,

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

  • If you have already done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at email@gulato.pt

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

We only offer home deliveries in the following locations: Lisboa Cidade, Algés, Alfragide, Amadora, Loures, Sacavém, Moscavide, Porto, Foz, São Mamede de Infesta, VN Gaia, Matosinhos and Gondomar
