Another of our first original recipes is gaining more and more fans. It combines the freshness of lemon with the excitement and brightness of ginger, creating a refreshing, aromatic and rare gelato. Like all our ice creams, it is best to TAKE IT OUT OF THE FREEZER at least 5 - 10 minutes before consuming. STORE AT -20C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
