Following the best Italian tradition, in our Hazelnut gelato we only use the remarkable Piedmont PGI Hazelnuts, soft and delicate, but bursting with flavor. This is a super-sophisticated flavor due to its simplicity. Like all our ice creams, it is best to TAKE IT OUT OF THE FREEZER at least 5 - 10 minutes before consuming. STORE AT -20C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
